October 01, 2024Payout availability depends on several factors such as the industry and country you're operating in and the risks involved. Generally, our payouts operate on a two business day funding schedule, although it may be longer in some countries. See the individual country descriptions below.
Activating your account requires your bank account information. The type of bank account information required depends on where your business is located. Use the following information to determine what bank details are needed for each country:
Routing Number - 9 character sequence
Account Number - Formatting varies by bank
Transit Number - 5 character sequence
Institution Number - 3 character sequence
BSB - 6 character sequence
Account Number - Anywhere from 5-9 characters
You can add or update your account details at any time by logging into the payment portal and going to Account > Profile > Bank Accounts and clicking to Edit the account.
Please Note: In general, bank accounts must be located in the country where their settlement currency is based (e.g., USD bank accounts must be based in the United States).
The payout schedule depends on your country and whether or not your business operates in a higher-risk industry. Generally, if you are in the U.S. or Canada, you should expect to receive your funds within two business days with the batch closing at midnight in your time-zone. One business day funding may be available upon request but the batch time will change to accommodate the earlier payout.
Please Note: The amount deposited into your account will not be identical to the amount collected -- processing fees are deducted before the deposit is made.
This transferring of funds generally takes about 2 business days, so if a transaction happens on Monday, you can expect to see that money in your account on Wednesday. No activity happens over the weekend, so Thursday transactions will be deposited into your account on Monday, and your Friday transactions will be deposited the following Tuesday. Your Saturday, Sunday, and Monday transactions will all be deposited Wednesday as a single deposit.

This transferring of funds generally takes about 2 business days, so if a transaction happens on Monday, you can expect to see that money in your account on Wednesday. No activity happens over the weekend, so Thursday transactions will be deposited into your account on Monday, Friday transactions on Tuesday, and Saturday, Sunday and Monday transactions will all be deposited on Wednesday as one deposit.

This transferring of funds for high-risk businesses generally takes about 14 calendar days, so if a transaction happens on Monday, you can expect to see that money in your account 14 days later.
