Notes Report

The Notes Report shows all notes added to your sales during a specified time frame. Take a look at how it works!

To get to your Notes report, click the Reports tab of the Bottle POS Admin main menu and follow the instructions below.

 

Using the Notes Report

In the table, you can click the column headers to sort alphanumerically, or click again to reverse-sort.

  1. Reports List In the Reports drop-list, select the Notes Report.
  2. Range  If you want a different Date Range click in the box to select the dates you want.
  3. Search  Click to Search by Ref ID, Username, Note text, or Date.
  4. Sale Ref ID The Sale Reference ID for each transaction with a saved Note displays in this column.
  5. User  The username of the staff member that saved the Note displays in this column.
  6. Note  This column displays the Note text saved for each transaction.
  7. Date  This column displays the date of the transaction.

A: Yes. If you have a printer connected to your device, you can click the Print button on the top right of the report page to print the report you are viewing.
