How to Enable Daily Sales Report Text Messages

Learn how to enable a daily text message to be sent to your phone with your sales totals. This feature allows you to get a quick assessment of how your business is performing on a daily basis without having to sign into the Admin.

To get started, log into your Admin app and click Settings on the left and then General Settings in the menu that opens. On the General Settings page, scroll down to Automation Settings.

 

Set Up Your Daily Sales Report Messaging

Enter the details of the automation as explained below:

  1. In the first box, enter the text: smsnumbers
  2. In the second box, enter the phone number or numbers for which you would like to receive reports:
    • Each phone number should be numbers only with no spaces, parentheses, or hyphens.
    • Multiple phone numbers should be separated by commas only, with no spaces. For example: 8015551234,8015555678
    • If the boxes are already filled in with a different automation, press the blue + icon to add another one.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
