The Over Stock Report shows inventory with a current on-hand quantity that exceeds the specified reorder point. Take a look at how you can use it!

Working With the Over Stock Report
To get to this report, log in to your Admin app and go to Reports. Select Over Stock in the Reports drop-list and click to open it.

- Home - Click to navigate away from Reports back to your Dashboard.
- Reports Drop-List - Click and select Over Stock to view items that exceed their Reorder Point.
- Filter - Click and select an option here to report on in-stock items that exceed the Reorder Point. (ranging from 1X to 5X). Each option indicates the multiple of how much your on-hand inventory exceeds its reorder point. For example, if your reorder point for an item is 3 (reorder when 3 or less remain in stock) and you select 1X here, your on-hand quantity must be 4 or 5, for the item to show on the report. If you select 4X here for that item, you would need to have 13 or more on hand to show in the report results. An item will display in as many of these filters as its in-stock quantity qualifies for; in other words, if it qualifies to show in the 4X results, it will also show if you filter by 1X, 2X, or 3X but it will not show for 5X.
- Range - This is the Date Range selector used for most reports in this area. For the Over Stock report, you won’t need to use this control since it always works with current data for inventory levels.
- Refresh - Click to Refresh the page if system data might have changed since you first opened the report, for example, if another sale was just completed.
- Export CSV - Click to Export the data in the report to a CSV file (spreadsheet).
- Print - Click to Print a copy of the current page of the report to a PDF file or to a printer connected to your computer.
The Data Table of the Over Stock report has the following functions:
