The Tender Report shows a breakdown of takings by tender across all registers, by user, by location, or by device over a specified date range. Take a look at what it can do for you!

To get to this report, log into your Admin app and go to Reports. Select the Tender Report in the report selection drop-list.
Tender Report Filtering Options

- Home - Click to navigate away from Reports back to your Dashboard.
- Reports Drop-List - Click and select Tender Report here to view your tender data across a specified range of dates.
- Filter - Click and select an option here to report on a specific set of takings:
- Takings Count - Report on the takings by Tender across all registers.
- Location Takings - Report on the takings at each inventory location.
- Device Takings - Report on the takings for each device.
- User Takings - Report on the takings for each user who signed into a register.
- Range - This is the Date Range used in the report calculations shown below. Click in this box to select another date range from a pop-up window as shown here:

- Refresh - Click to Refresh the page if system data might have changed since you first opened the report.
- Export CSV - Click to export all the data in the report to a CSV file (spreadsheet).
- Print - Click to print the current page of this report to PDF or a printer connected to your computer.
The Takings Count View

- Range - This is the Date Range used in the report calculations in the table below.
- Search - Enter any text here to Search for a specific row in the data table. You can search by keyword or numeric amounts. For example, you might start typing “PayPal” to filter the search results to only PayPal takings, or you might enter 208.58 to find a Balance for which you’re looking. The software starts searching for matches as soon as you start typing.
- Show Entries - Click and select 10, 25, 50, or 100 to Show that many results per page on your report.
- Method - This column displays the Tender payment type for each row of information in the report. Click the name of a method to view details of the transactions made using that payment method.
- # Sales - Displays the number of sales made during the date range that used the Tender type.
- Takings - This column displays the total dollar amount you have taken in for each Tender type.
- # Refunds - This column displays the number of refunds made for each Tender type.
- Refunds - This column displays the total refunded dollar amounts attributed to each of the Tender types.
- # Payout - This column displays the number of payouts (other than refund) made for each Tender type.
- Payout - This column displays the total non-refund paid out dollars attributed to each of the Tender types.
- Balance - This column displays the remaining amount of the takings after refunds and payouts are subtracted for each Tender type.
- Sort -
The Sort icon displays in the header row of any sortable column. The currently sorted column displays in blue, as shown on the left. All other sortable columns show this icon in gray, as shown on the right. Click the column header in any sortable column to Sort the table alphabetically or numerically, depending on the information in that column. Click it again to reverse the sort order.
- Previous / Next - Click Previous, Next, or a Page Number to navigate to another page of report results.
The Location Takings View

The Location Takings filter view of the Tender Report has the Number of Sales, Takings, Number of Refunds, Refunds, and Balance columns described above. It also has the following:
- Location Name - This column displays the name of each inventory location with a register. Click the name of a location to view the details of transactions completed at that location.
All other report elements are described above in the Takings Count section.
The Device Takings View

The Device Takings filter view of the Tender Report has the Number of Sales, Takings, Number of Refunds, Refunds, Number of Payouts, Payouts, and Balance columns described above. It also has the following:
- Device Name - This column displays the name of each device that completed transactions during the chosen date range. Click the name of a device to view the details of transactions completed on that device.
All other report elements are described above in the Takings Count section.
The User Takings View

The User Takings filter view of the Tender Report has the Number of Sales, Takings, Number of Refunds, Refunds, Number of Payouts, Payouts, and Balance columns described above. It also has the following:
- User Name - This column displays the Username of each staff member that ran transactions during the selected date range. Click a Username to view the details of transactions completed by that user.

Q: Can I print my reports from the Admin?
A: Yes. If you have a printer connected to your device, you can click the Print button on the top right of the report page to print the report you are viewing.
